The booking process, step by step

Booking an appointment at the practice of Dr. Vladimir Alejandro Urtecho Ortiz takes just a few minutes. Here is how it works from start to finish.

3. A reminder beforehand

4. Your consultation, without waiting

We work with a schedule of 30 minutes per patient precisely so that we can keep to it: the average wait at reception is under ten minutes. We aim to see every patient within 48 hours of their request.

5. After your visit

If the consultation results in a prescription, report or test request, we hand it to you on the spot or send it by encrypted email the same day. The detailed invoice for your reimbursement insurance is issued immediately, and any future reviews are already entered in the diary with their corresponding reminder.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel your appointment at no cost by giving at least 24 hours' notice, by phone or email. The freed-up slot is offered to another patient — often someone waiting for a priority appointment.

If you're running late

With delays of up to ten minutes we keep your visit, although it may be shortened so as not to affect the next patient. For longer delays, reception will offer you the first available alternative, usually the same day or the next.

If your situation can't wait 48 hours — high fever, acute pain, worsening of a chronic condition — say so when you call: we hold slots every day for these cases. For a genuine emergency, always call 112.
